What’s different about ABA at BrightPath Behavior?
We practice evidence-based ABA while making learning fun!
We have a passion for play-based therapy. Learning is fun, and progress happens in a positive environment. Rather than push kids to conform to appropriate behavior, we nurture the development of kids through things that interest them. Our philosophy makes treatment sessions more enjoyable for a child, and our clinicians love it!
We build safeguards against exhaustion and burnout for our clinicians.
We are mindful about helping our staff avoid burnout by building caseloads according to CASP guidelines. Our clinicians work directly with their Clinic Directors to build manageable case loads to protect from exhaustion. We also offer flexible work hours to fit with your stage of life.
We offer a collaborative work environment that fosters personal and professional growth.
At BrightPath Behavior, there are endless opportunities to grow. Many of our clinicians have found a career path, promotion opportunities, and a fun and supportive work environment that feels like family. Our Apprentice Program is designed for RBTs who want to pursue their BCBA or BCaBA.
We expect excellence.
We partner with clinicians who strive for the very best for the kids and parents we serve. We are mindful of our responsibility and strive for excellence in our work and interactions with each other. If you are a high performer, committed to ABA therapy and love kids, you will shine bright at BrightPath Behavior.
We are looking for experienced board-certified behavior analysts (BCBAs).
As a BCBA, you can supervise a team of dedicated RBTs, collaborate with other providers, analyze progress data, modify treatment plans, update client goals, and provide parent training.
