Helping families navigate the autism path with confidence!
BrightPath Behavior fosters a supportive, caring, and naturalistic environment to address challenging behaviors and developmental delays. We want our clients and their parents to be heard and feel understood. This starts with active listening and ensuring we implement meaningful strategies for our clients. Whether it be emotional regulation, interactive reinforcement, communication skills, or school readiness, we make sure kids are having fun while they learn!
“I help teach kids that their words have way more power than their behaviors.”

Our Clinic Director:
Monique Beighley, M.A., BCBA, LBA
Monique Beighley, M.A., BCBA, LBA, is passionate about applying a trauma-informed approach to ABA. After many years of working with teens and adults with disabilities, she shifted her focus to early intervention, recognizing the profound impact it can have on a child’s long-term outcomes. Through Skill-Based Treatment (SBT), Monique teaches communication skills in meaningful contexts after ensuring each child remains happy, relaxed, and engaged. Her commitment to creating a safe, playful environment helps children with autism develop essential skills while naturally reducing challenging behaviors in the process.
Monique earned her B.A. from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs and her Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis on autism from Ball State University. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, camping, and exploring the beauty of Colorado with her husband, three kids, and dogs.
