Individualized Autism Support for Children in Colorado Springs On List Drive
At BrightPath Behavior’s List Drive, children with autism experience therapy designed around their unique interests and learning styles. Our Colorado Springs location serves families nearby, helping children strengthen communication, social skills, and independence through hands-on, playful learning activities.
Instead of generic sessions, each program is tailored to a child’s strengths, incorporating interactive games, real-life scenarios, and structured routines. Parents are involved through coaching sessions, where they learn practical strategies to support their child’s growth at home, school, and in the community.
Our clinic emphasizes building confidence, encouraging curiosity, and celebrating small victories every day. We offer full-day, center-based therapy programs that combine skill development with fun, ensuring progress is sustainable and meaningful.
“Start ABA when they’re little and their brains are flexible. We see so much positive change with early intervention.”

Our Clinic Director:
Michelle Hausman, M.A., BCBA, LBA
Conveniently located in the northwest area Colorado Springs, our clinic is accessible to families in nearby Briargate, Northgate, Gleneagle, Northwest Colorado Springs, Manitou Springs, Cascade, and surrounding communities.
Michelle Hausman, M.A., BCBA, LBA, is a natural nurturer to clients, their parents, and staff alike. Affectionately known as “Mama Michelle,” she quickly puts everyone at ease while maintaining a consistent, evidence-based approach to therapy.
Michelle always knew she wanted to work with kids with special needs, but didn’t settle into ABA until later in her professional career. Because of her experiences in a military household, military families raising children with autism hold a special place in Michelle’s heart. She also loves working with all early learners, knowing that ABA at a young age helps build the foundation for greater independence in the future.
Most importantly, she enjoys forming meaningful connections with kids, making learning fun and engaging through play and laughter.
Michelle received her Masters in Special Education from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs and later her BCBA. She is married to her high school sweetheart, Gary. They are now empty nesters who enjoy gardening, traveling to visit their kids on the East Coast, and hanging out with their dog.
